Colin Outram, RMT

I first became interested in massage through the early years of my martial arts training, where we would spend time at the end of class stretching and massaging one another.  That led to completion of my Massage Therapy Diploma in 1999 with the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy (2200 hours). With twenty years of professional practice as a RMT, I have honed my assessment and treatment skills - having performed over 10,000 sessions in my career.

I have worked extensively in rehabilitation exercise therapy as well as personal fitness. I have completed certification trainings in Fascial Stretch Therapy with Stretch to Win (40 hours), CanFitPro (25 hours), and Medical Qigong with the International Institute of Medical Qigong (200 hours). I am strongly dedicated to health and fitness in my own life, leading by example and coaching others towards optimal wellness.

I am a Citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario.
